Blake's 1rst Haircut

Blake got his first haircut this last Sunday. His hair was getting pretty long and was starting to curl. We decided that we better cut it before he starts being mistaken for a girl. It was sad to see those blond curls get clipped. Austin has been a little sad that his curls are gone. We (Austin & I) have decided that maybe we will let them grow back. I don't know what Ryan will think of that though. He just looks so big with his Daddy's haircut.

Wolf Den Meeting

This past week we took our scout troop to the Bingham Canyon Copper Mine. We only had 3 of our 7 boys make it, but the 3 had a really good time. I had never been up there, so it was neat to go look down into the pit and watch the video they have on the Mine.

Utah State Fair

Last weekend we went to the Utah State Fair with Steph and Andrew. The 2 older boys loved the big yellow slide & Blake liked the animals. I made a deal with the boys a couple weeks previous that if they were really good about doing their homework right when they get home then I would buy them something at the fair. When their cousins went and came home with pokemon cards, that was all that it took to make up their minds what they were going to get. So really pokemon cards were the highlight of the fair for them.

Fall Ball

Fall Baseball is now over. We had a lot of fun watching Austin and his friend Chase play. They did win all of their games which was good for the boys. Austin says their team is "undefeatable."

Crazy Hair Day

Logan and Austin had crazy hair day at school. They really wanted their hair sprayed with color so this is what we came up with.

We went to Lake Powell with Andrew and Stephanie over labor day. The weather was a little cooler than normal, but we still had fun. The babies did really well on the boat, which I was surprised about. The boys loved to ride in the tube, and Blake loved getting in the water and floating around. He even jumped off his own little 1 1/2 foot cliff to me.
